1.Q: What daily checks are required before using?

A: Inspect brakes, tires, hydraulics, lights, and fluid levels (oil, coolant, battery).


2.Q: How often should forklifts do maintenance?

A: Daily Basic checks (tires, fluids). Every 50–100 hours( Lubrication, filter changes).Every 500+ hours(hydraulic,stransmission), electric type suggested as maintenace free .


3.Q: What happens of hydraulic system failure and how to solve? 

 A: Leaks,slow lifting, jerky movements. replace contaminated oil and clean filters promptly.
